What is Fablnx?
Fablnx is an AI copilot for structural steel design and detailing. You bring a contract drawing set — the PDF a structural engineer issues — and Fablnx helps you turn it into a coordinated 3D structural model with a full material takeoff, without retyping the drawing by hand.
The app does three big things for you:
- Reads the drawing set. Drop in a PDF and the copilot goes through every sheet, figures out which pages are structural steel, and reads the general notes into a clean design spec.
- Helps you trace the structure. Over each drawing you place grids, columns, beams and braces in a precise 2D editor — with the copilot detecting most of it for you, so you review instead of draw.
- Coordinates it into one model. Everything you verify is committed into a single 3D model you can orbit, section, measure, color, and export as a bill of materials.
Along the way it flags conflicts and missing information as RFIs so nothing quietly slips through.
Who it's for
Structural detailers, checkers, and engineers who work from contract drawings and need a coordinated model and a takeoff — quickly, and with a clear trail back to the sheet every fact came from.
The shape of a session
A typical run through Fablnx looks like this:

Signing in
Fablnx is available in your browser at pudhar.fablnx.com and as a desktop app for macOS, Windows and Linux.
Click Sign in and authenticate with your account. On the web, you'll also see a Download desktop app link that detects your operating system automatically. The app is offline-aware — it will tell you if it can't reach the server rather than leaving you guessing.
Once you're in, you land on the Projects dashboard.
